We reserve the right to review and amend these conditions from time to time. The use of this website is subject to the laws of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales. Any dispute arising out of such use will be resolved under English Law. By using this website service you agree to these terms and conditions of website use. The terms and conditions below apply to all orders placed using our website.
We can’t guarantee that all the information on our website is entirely free from errors, up to date or suitable for your use, so we do not accept any liability for any loss however caused, from the content contained within the website. Contact us at; should you see any errors.
RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
It is very important to us that our cheese finds its way to you safely. By ordering from us, you are providing details that are accurate, true and complete It is your responsibility to check that all information that you supply is correct. Unfortunately, we will not be able to reimburse the value of any goods which have perished or have been damaged as a result of failure to provide accurate information. For all orders, we require an up to date phone number so that we can contact you if necessary.
We require full payment by BACS before sending out your order.
SHIPPING, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Our products are perishable, so we are unable to accept order cancellations after products have been despatched. We are happy to ship orders to any destination in the UK.
All orders for Mainland UK are despatched Monday – Thursday using a next day delivery service to ensure that they arrive with you in the best possible condition.
We charge a Fixed Rate of £9.95 / order which will cover all packaging and shipping costs.
For Scottish Highlands and Islands, please call us on 01258 446177 to confirm the Delivery Cost, it may be more.
Deliveries are made between 8 am and 6 pm, Every effort is made to ensure that the delivery is made on the day requested, however due to circumstances beyond our control (floods, snow, breakdowns etc) we reserve the right to deliver the following day. Please allow 3 working days for delivery.
You must inspect the goods on delivery. If the goods are delivered damaged (or not delivered) you must contact us by e-mail (email@example.com) within three days of delivery. If you tell us about loss or damage after that, you must supply proof that the goods were lost or damaged, before delivery. You must give us (and the carrier) a fair chance to inspect the damaged goods.

As our products are perishable, all parcels must be signed for. If you think you might be out when the postman calls, please include full delivery instructions such as ‘leave in the shed/ porch/ with a neighbour’. In the unlikely event of an order falling short of your expectations in any way, please do get in touch with us to discuss by emailing email@example.com
Gift vouchers are valid for one year from date of purchase and only one gift voucher can be used per order.
Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for the cash equivalent and if the order exceeds the voucher amount the balance must be paid in full before the items can be shipped. Any unused balance of discount or credit remaining on the gift voucher will be extinguished and cannot be redeemed with any future orders.
