BESPOKE

Since our launch in 2019, The Book & Bucket have had the priviledge to work closely with Development and Executive chefs to create bespoke cheeses.

 

Our Golding cheese, a highly sustainable Ricotta Salata cheese created exclusively for the The Pig Hotel Group, was awarded a Silver at the World Cheese Awards in 2022.

 

Potter, a soft, cow's milk cheese, was also made collaboratively with The Pig Hotel Group. Originally created for use in cheesecakes, Potter is now used across their locations in both sweet and savoury dishes.

 

More recently, Peter has worked closely with the Development Chef team at Cunard to create 2 unique new cheeses. Stowaway was launched for the maiden voyage of the newest ship in their fleet - Queen Anne. A sec ond cheese is launching later this year.
