A rich and creamy soft cheese made from local cow's milk. Wild garlic, foraged from the Cranbourne Estate is added to give an amazing, aromatic fresh wild garlic flavour. Wilde is also made with the delicious Blackthorn Salt. 
 
Pasteurised and suitable for vegetarians.
