Creating new cheeses and new recipes with James Golding

It is always fun to experiment with some of the bi-products of our signature cheeses to create new and delicious products. In this case, we worked with James Golding, Exec Chef at The Pig Hotels, to create this twist on a pressed Ricotta, which James then used in his latest Meatball recipe.
